Tests are carried out on the basis of the Ministry of Emergencies of license number 8-B / 03601, and at the request of the organization responsible for the operation of the facility. If as a result of preliminary testing or visual inspection revealed a crack or rupture of welded joints (seams) and residual deformation, the test structure is considered to have failed the test. That will require the refurbishment followed by a test of strength.
