Failure to take measures to ensure the readiness of the forces and means intended for emergency situations, as well as delay in the direction of the zone of emergency powers and funds provided duly approved plan of liquidation of emergency situations – punishable by an administrative fine on officials in the amount of 10 000 to 20 000 rubles.
