1 area of use
1.1 This set of rules developed in accordance with Articles 68 and 99 of the Federal Law of July 22, 2008 № 123-FZ “Technical Regulations on fire safety requirements” is a normative document of voluntary application and installs fire safety requirements for the external fire water sources in the territory settlements, urban districts (hereinafter – the settlements) and organizations.
1.2 The requirements of this document shall not apply to enterprises producing, using or storing explosives; objects of oil and gas and refining industries; industrial transport facilities; enterprises, buildings and facilities for the storage and processing of grain; gas stations; Energy Company (buildings and structures of thermal and hydroelectric power plants, district heating plants (stations) heating, stationary gas turbine, combined cycle gas and diesel power stations, electricity
networked enterprises); facilities for special purposes to which the requirements established by the relevant regulations.
1.3 This set of rules can be used in the development of specific technical requirements for design and construction of the outdoor fire water supply sources.
